We are pleased that Daniel Zeichner was one of the early signatories to the the Climate Coalition’s cross party letter asking the Prime Minister to back an early UK net zero emissions target.
He told us: “I signed the Climate Coalition’s Net Zero letter because the effects of man-made CO²
emissions is one of the biggest threats facing the 21st century. Without brave and bold decisions from politicians we are unlikely to meet our climate change targets, which is vital if we are going to prevent permanently damaging the planet for future generations. Promoting a zero carbon economy is the right thing to do and is gaining increasing public support. It is time to be radical and put this into law, before it is too late.”
